Dance fitness

For centuries, dancing has been an expressive art that lets participants convey emotion through body movements. In addition to these artistic qualities, practicing dance fitness is very good for personal health.

Some of the health benefits from practicing dance fitness include:

Dance fitness is one of the only physical activities that promotes health and stimulates the mind. Also, according to one study conducted by the New England Journal of Medicine, dancing can reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s and dementia in the elderly.
